His brother Hnuger, is the sheriff and his sister Saige is an archeologist. This book is not yet featured on Listopia. Malcolm knows that Ian’s Merrick is awakening and he plans on killing him. And there is no reason what-so-ever.
Ian’s a difficult hero to like and certainly doesn’t make it easy for the reader to understand his emotions.

The main characters were wonderfully done. After the initial meet and greet rhyabnon established the characters personalities and after the discovery of the hero’s vampire destiny, the whole book became lost. He senses trouble at first glance, so he is very discouraging from the outset, refusing to allow her to continue with her bizarre story.
Ian soon realizes he must free his long-denied animal nature in order to battle an inhuman danger. Seriously what a prick. Of Shadows and Ash. He feels that he can not control his darker side and But not in a good way.
